This version uses technical tools for the form and to remember that you dismissed the notice.
Session cookie
The WEA_SESSION cookie identifies the PHP session used for CSRF protection and limiting repeated submissions within the same session. This technical cookie lasts for the browser session and uses HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. Secure is also set on HTTPS.
Browser preference
The wea_notice localStorage key remembers dismissal of the information notice. It is not sent to the server or used for advertising or profiling. It remains until you clear site data or reopen settings.
External services
This version does not load Google Analytics, advertising tags, fonts or icons from external services. Graphic resources are local. Links to WhatsApp and AF Project open external services only when followed; those websites have their own notices.
Managing preferences
You can clear cookies and local storage in browser settings. Blocking the session cookie may prevent form submission; content remains readable. The settings button reopens the notice when JavaScript is available.
