Data and purposes

The form collects your name, email, website URL and message. Do not send passwords, credentials or special category data. Data is used to reply, assess the project and manage related communications.

Processing to respond to enquiries and take pre-contractual steps relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Name and email are needed for a reply; URL and message are optional. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or collect marketing consent.

Sending and recipients

The form uses Brevo to send the enquiry to the controller and a confirmation to you. Hosting and email providers may also process data to deliver services, in their applicable legal roles.

Provider configuration, processing agreements and any transfers outside the European Economic Area must be verified by the controller before publishing the final notice.

Retention and security

The original notice specifies retention for no longer than 24 months from the last contact, for the time needed to provide the service. Obligations related to contracts or tax records need separate assessment.

The website uses a technical session to protect the form. Servers may process connection data for delivery and security; log provider, retention and configuration need confirmation. Google Analytics is not enabled in this version.

Rights and complaints

Where provided by GDPR Articles 15–22, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object where applicable. Write to info@afproject.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority. The form does not perform profiling or automated decision-making.
